X Ads is usually the lighter of the two. On the typical store it was light, while Snap Pixel was moderate.
Both are ad tracking pixels. We measured Snap Pixel on 83 Shopify ecommerce stores and X Ads on 35.

On stores that run both
13 of the stores we checked load both. X Ads took less processing time than Snap Pixel on 13 of them.
