A quick note on fit
I work with companies of very different sizes. This works best when there's a leadership team to act on what we uncover: an owner or CEO plus a few people who each run an area.
This is usually a good next step if:
- You have a leadership team, with people who each own an area of the business
- You have the budget flexibility to act on recommendations.
- You're open to honest feedback about what's not working.
This may not be the
right move now if:
- It's you plus agencies and freelancers, with no one on staff running marketing
- There's no room to invest in changes right now.
- You're looking for advice without the ability to implement it.
